You must independently verify important information before relying on it or taking action.

NerdGPT outputs are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional legal, financial, security, medical, or other regulated advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice appropriate to your circumstances.

5. Account enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, create risk for the platform or others, or engage in abusive activity.

6. Tokens, payments, and refunds

7. Service availability
