You must not use NerdGPT for:

• Child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or any activity that harms or endangers minors.
• Developing, deploying, distributing, or operating malware, ransomware, destructive code, or malicious payloads.
• Credential theft, password harvesting, account takeover, or the unauthorized collection of authentication data.
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, devices, accounts, data, or services.
• Phishing, impersonation, social engineering, or deceptive attempts to obtain sensitive information.
• Fraud, scams, theft, deceptive commercial activity, or facilitating financial harm.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or concealment of proceeds from unlawful activity.
• Evasion of law enforcement, concealment of criminal activity, or obstruction of lawful investigations.
• Doxxing, stalking, harassment, threats, intimidation, or publishing personal data to cause harm.
• Harmful automation, including abusive bots, spam operations, coordinated manipulation, or systems designed to cause damage at scale.

You are responsible for monitoring any script, integration, agent, or other automated workflow that uses NerdGPT. Automation must remain within these rules and must include appropriate human oversight.

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that violate this policy. We may also take reasonable steps to protect the platform, users, and third parties.
